Evaluate Ease of Use and Support
A powerful chatbot is only valuable if you can effectively implement and manage it:
- User Interface: Opt for a platform with an intuitive, user-friendly interface.
- Training Resources: Check for comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and onboarding support.
- Customer Support: Ensure reliable assistance is available when you need it.
Speech is SO MUCH FASTER than typing for inputting into GPT
But OpenAI still hasn’t updated their super-hyped “Advanced Voice Mode” for most users.
So here’s the biggest tip I’ve found to get the most out of the not-yet-updated ChatGPT:
Don’t pause.
If you pause when you’re speaking, the model will interrupt you and the UI is really clumsy for getting the conversation going again.
So just don’t pause.
With some practice, it becomes pretty easy.
@danshipper once noted that viewing LLM interactions as conversations, not just prompts, yields better results. Using speech input naturally encourages this conversational approach.
Just try not to pause (at least until they update the model for all users).

Test Drive Before Committing
Many AI chatbot providers offer free trials or demo versions. Take advantage of these to:
- Assess the chatbot’s conversational abilities and response quality
- Experiment with customization options
- Test integration with your existing systems
- Gauge the learning curve for your team

Remember, the ‘best’ AI chatbot is the one that aligns most closely with your specific goals and workflow. Don’t be swayed solely by popularity or cutting-edge features if they don’t serve your core needs.
Make an Informed Decision
As you narrow down your options, create a pros and cons list for each contender. Consider factors like:
- Initial costs and long-term pricing structure
- Deployment time and resources required
- Potential return on investment
- User reviews and case studies from similar businesses or use cases
